1. Regular Updates and New Clubs
We are continuously expanding our network and adding new football clubs to our directory.
New clubs are regularly added as we expand into new counties to offer more choices and exposure to our users.
2. Free Listing for New Clubs
Clubs that are newly registered with us will receive a free listing on our website for a period of 21 days.
During this free period, your club will receive free exposure, marketing, and advertising to help grow participation in your club and promote your services.
We aim to help increase your club’s visibility and engage new participants.
3. What You Receive From Us
As part of our services, your club will benefit from:
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Your club’s listing will be optimized to ensure better visibility in search engines, helping people find your club more easily when they search for football clubs in your area.
Paid Social Media Advertising: We will run targeted paid social media campaigns aimed at generating enquiries for new players for your teams. These ads will help raise awareness and drive more participants to your club.
4. Transition from Free to Paid Listing
After the initial 21-day free period, clubs will be given 7 days’ notice to subscribe to our paid service in order to remain listed permanently.
If no action is taken within 7 days, the club’s listing will be removed from our directory.
5. Subscription and Cancellation
Our paid subscription is priced at £29.99 per month. By subscribing, you will receive continued exposure, marketing, and listing in our directory.
There is no contract required for the subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
If you wish to cancel, simply stop paying the £29.99 per month subscription, and your club will be removed from our directory.
6. Service Availability
We reserve the right to update or modify the services offered on our website at any time.
We make no guarantee that the services will always be available or error-free, but we will strive to ensure the best possible experience for our users.
7. Club Responsibility
By listing your club with us, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your club.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your club’s listing and ensuring that your contact information is correct.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the services provided, including but not limited to the use of any information listed by clubs in our directory.
We do not guarantee any specific results from the exposure your club receives, but we aim to assist in growing your participation and visibility.
9. Intellectual Property
We will display your club’s logo and information that is readily available in the public domain.
If you wish for your club’s information or logo to be removed from our directory, please contact support and we will promptly remove it.
Your club is solely responsible for ensuring that all logos, images, and information provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights.
10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.Claiming Listing
When claiming a listing, you need to demonstrate that you are doing so in good faith. You cannot claim a listing of a club that you are not professionally connected to or related to. The “Claim My Listing” function is designed to enable clubs to take control of their online listing, allowing them to edit and develop their profile in an effort to grow enquiries and attract new players.
Any use of this function that is not for its intended purpose will result in suspension.
